ZY Global Connect is seeking a passionate, qualified, and dedicated English Teacher to deliver engaging English language instruction and support students in developing strong communication, literacy, critical-thinking, and confidence in using English. The successful candidate will create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages students to develop their language skills and achieve their academic potential.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons appropriate to students’ age and ability levels.
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
Encourage students to build confidence in using English in academic and everyday contexts.
Prepare differentiated learning activities to meet individual student needs.
Assess student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
Provide constructive feedback and appropriate learning support.
Use appropriate technology, resources, and creative teaching strategies to enhance learning.
Create a positive, respectful, and culturally inclusive classroom environment.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
Participate in school activities, professional development, and wider school programmes.
Follow school policies relating to safeguarding, student welfare, health, and safety.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, English Literature, or a relevant field.
Recognised teaching qualification such as BEd, PGCE, PGDE, QTS/equivalent national teaching licence, or other recognised teaching certification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
Experience teaching an international or recognised curriculum is advantageous.
Strong classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
Candidate must satisfy applicable visa, work-permit, teacher-registration, and safeguarding requirements.
