Mathematics Teacher – UAE

ZY Global Connect is seeking qualified and experienced Mathematics Teachers for teaching opportunities with schools across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

This opportunity is suited to a dedicated mathematics educator who can develop students’ mathematical understanding, confidence and problem-solving abilities within a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum requirements and learning objectives.

Teach mathematical concepts clearly using appropriate explanations, examples and practical applications.

Develop students’ numeracy, analytical reasoning, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Assess student understanding and academic progress and provide constructive feedback.

Differentiate instruction to meet varying learning abilities and educational needs.

Use appropriate technology, resources and innovative teaching strategies to enhance Mathematics learning.

Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.

Maintain accurate records of student performance, assessment and academic progress.

Support students in developing confidence and independence in mathematical learning.

Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership and support staff to support student achievement.

Minimum Requirements

BEd, PGCE or another recognised teaching qualification.

Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.

Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and curriculum delivery.

Strong classroom management, communication and organisational skills.

Ability to deliver engaging and student-centred Mathematics lessons.

Experience with an international, British, American, IB or other recognised curriculum will be advantageous.

Professional, adaptable and committed approach to teaching and student development.
