ZY Global Connect is seeking a passionate, qualified, and dedicated Science Teacher to deliver engaging and practical science instruction and inspire students to develop their scientific knowledge, curiosity, critical-thinking skills, and understanding of the world around them. The successful candidate will create an interactive learning environment that encourages investigation, experimentation, and academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons appropriate to students’ age and ability levels.
Teach scientific concepts through practical activities, investigations, experiments, and real-world applications.
Develop students’ scientific knowledge, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and enquiry skills.
Prepare differentiated learning activities to meet individual student needs.
Assess student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
Provide constructive feedback and appropriate academic support.
Maintain a safe and well-organised environment during practical and laboratory activities.
Use appropriate technology, teaching resources, and practical equipment to enhance learning.
Support students in developing confidence and enthusiasm for Science.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
Participate in school activities, parent meetings, professional development, and wider school programmes.
Follow school policies relating to safeguarding, student welfare, health, and safety.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a relevant Science subject.
Recognised teaching qualification such as BEd, PGCE, PGDE, QTS/equivalent national teaching licence, or other recognised teaching certification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
Strong subject knowledge in Science.
Experience teaching an international or recognised curriculum is advantageous.
Strong classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
Candidate must satisfy applicable UAE visa, work-permit, teacher-registration, and safeguarding requirements. UAE regulations require teachers to hold the relevant academic qualifications and professional licensing/approval. UAE
